This time of year the Judges are hearing emergency motions every day to determine where the children are spending the holidays.  Make sure your divorce decree provides a specific schedule for holiday visitation or you will join the crowds at the court house asking the Judge to decide when you get to see your kids for the holidays.  A little advance planning will help you avoid the additional stress of going to court during an already busy time of the year.
